America, Land of Condemnation (Part One)

(Part One)

Governor Andrew Cuomo of New York announced several years ago that there is ‘no room’ in his state for people who are pro-life or believe that marriage is a Divine covenant between one man and one woman. He told anyone who believes so to leave.

A so-called ‘public servant’ who expresses such contempt for millions of Bible-believing residents really wants to eliminate God from New York. It is a declaration that his mind and heart are closed off to any Divine guidance for his policies, laws, leadership and character that formed and built this nation into one of blessing and prosperity.

‘Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools.’ Romans 1:22.

As a New Yorker, I find his pride in his own flawed human thinking a bit stunning. I am far from alone as some of his bad decisions have only led to a steady exodus from heavy-handed restrictive policies, lack of concern for the small business, increased bureaucracy and taxation, and disregard for rising crime with a partiality for the criminal and the unlawful immigrant.

It was callous that he practically had to step over the dead body of yet another casualty of the barbaric MS13 gang to get to the debate stage in his bid for reelection. In that debate he never mentioned this scourge of possibly the most dangerous unlawful immigrants that kill mainly immigrant and minority youth. He has also been silent on the crime victims of his bail reform policies. It was President Trump that gave a platform to the family members of a brutally raped and strangled ninety-three-year-old legal immigrant on the streets. It rattles the senses and raises hackles against the injustice of Governor Cuomo’s write off of the law-abiding and vulnerable for the illegal alien criminal.

But it appears that his arrogance may be his undoing. The state legislature is calling for his resignation over multiple sexual harassment allegations. An investigation has been opened into his cover up of the staggering death toll that resulted from his executive order to place Covid-infected patients into nursing home residences.

The number of politicians rejecting God and relying on their own wisdom is growing exponentially. Some of their hostility towards Christians and fundamental Biblical principles while claiming moral virtuosity frequently sounds near delusional.

America is founded on Judeo-Christian principles from which all our individual rights and freedoms, long-standing values and order originate. As President Dwight D. Eisenhower stated,

‘Without God there could be no American form of government, nor an American way of life. Recognition of the Supreme Being is the first and most basic expression of Americanism.’

Since the Bible undergirds our Constitution, it is the Bible politicians, mainly on the Far Left of the political aisle, attack in their aim to undo our birthright to run our own lives, with certain unalienable rights bestowed upon us by our Creator. They work in conjunction with institutions and Silicon Valley, foreign influence and multi-national corporations, to expand federal power and control over the citizenry.

How dare any American worship a God who is archaic, misogynist, intolerant and non-inclusive? A loving God, they claim, would not disapprove of the barbaric slaughter of babies up to birth, the practice of homosexuality, encouraging children to pharmaceutically or surgically alter the gender God created them to be, or terrible stewardship of money. They believe this God should be locked up within the doors of churches. But the irony is lost on them that in their zeal to contain Him, they have substituted and spread a state-run religion preached from Capitol Hill and in front of cameras as if in a hallucinatory state of mind.

The Left practices ‘Scientism’ to fill that God-space in the human heart and mind. It is a religion with many denominations that include Socialism, Marxism, Humanism, Climate Change hysteria and what I refer to as FemiNaziism.

It is a heavy-handed label but brings into the twenty-first century the feminism of yesteryear that wanted equality with men. The new, virulent strain wants a future that is female, blaming the white, heterosexual, Christian male for America’s problems, dating back to our Founders, the stain of slavery and subordination of women. While these were unjust, the FemiNazi’s battle against them rages on as though we are still living before the Civil War, Suffragette movement or the Civil Rights era, all courageous, hard fought battles for righteous equality.

These are the women that are quick to misinterpret Scripture that says wives should submit to their husbands, neglecting the awesome responsibility placed on men by God to love their wives as Christ loves the church. Or that there are God-ordained physiological or psychological difference between the sexes. Their cold contempt for a Bible they believe is filled with oppressive patriarchic ideas is part of why they have engaged in a full-blown war on the male in America, but oddly, not on males in mostly Muslim countries that own an estimated eight-million slaves today. It is fought with a gusto in universities that push out young, radical representatives into the Congress and in governmental positions across the country.

To claim equality and progress for women requires the demonization of men is hypocritical and poisonous discrimination. It is a ‘…victim mindset that dilutes human potential’, according to author Steve Maraboli. ‘By not accepting personal responsibility for our circumstances, we greatly reduce our power to change them.’ It far from empowers women to be told that the male holds them back from success or fulfillment society owes them based on anatomy. It needs to be called out as a culturally disastrous movement harming traditional family, motherhood, gender, and even due process, liberties and freedoms. In other words, all the glue that holds societies together. God help us if ‘the future is female’ with radical, female Scientist domination.

‘God shows no partiality.’Acts 10:34, NKJ version

Those obsessed with Scientism say they are after a better future of acceptance for all, yet hypocritically do not extend tolerance to the Christian, and ignorantly disdain the God who gives to each person free will, while they do not. They spread their gospel message like terrorists with a convert or perish mentality. Disobedience to their creed can mean death to careers, social standing, social media accounts and due process under the law. The contempt for the God of the Bible grew at a fast clip under Obama. Ever since President Trump took office it accelerated at breakneck speed. anti-God Scientism is now a rolling boil of scalding ‘cancel culture.’
